1. Flat embroidery
It is the most widely used embroidery in embroidery.
Flat embroidery is a straight line embroidery method, which pays attention to "even, flat, smooth and qi". The starting and landing feet of each stitch should be uniform and the length should be the same. The flat embroidery should be embroidered so that the base cloth should not be exposed, and it should not exceed the contour line. The embroidery color is clearly layered, bright and vivid, but it is difficult to express the effect of gradient.
2. 3D-embroidery
Three-dimensional embroidery (3D) is a three-dimensional pattern formed by using embroidery thread to wrap EVA glue inside, and can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery. (EVA adhesive comes in different thicknesses, hardness and colors). The thickness is in the range between the cloth foot and the cloth (3~5mm).
3. Hollow three-dimensional embroidery
Hollow three-dimensional embroidery can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery, which is embroidered by using styrofoam similar to three-dimensional embroidery, and after embroidery, the styrofoam is washed off with a dry cleaning machine to form an intermediate hollow. (Styrofoam surface is smooth, usually thickness 1~5mm)
Features:
①It can embody the gentle embroidery that cannot be reflected by the three-dimensional embroidery of the bag.
②The upper line has a three-dimensional sense of the cloth, which can highlight the depth and luster of the color.
③For elastic fabrics and delicate fabrics, it can also not damage the original atmosphere and reflect the soft effect.
④ It can maintain the unique softness of thick thread and wool for embroidery.
4. Patch embroidery
① Patch embroidery is to paste another kind of fabric embroidery on the fabric, increase the three-dimensional effect or split-layer effect, can be done welt embroidery, patch hollow embroidery.
② Process suitable scope and precautions:
The properties of the two fabrics of patch embroidery should not differ too much, the edge of the patch embroidery needs to be trimmed, and the fabric with high elasticity or insufficient density is prone to loose mouth and uneven phenomenon after embroidery.
